Job Title: Technologist Job Specialty: Computed Tomography (CT) Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Varied, 10-hour shifts Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum 2 years of CT and X-ray experience, ARRT certification required License: Must apply upon offer Certifications: ARRT, BLS (AHA) Must-Have: - Graduate of an Accredited Radiologic Technology program in Radiology- Willingness to float between CT and X-ray modalities- Skills checklist within the past year Job Description: - Perform a variety of CT scans for patients of all ages, including neonates, infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients.- Apply principles, theories, and techniques of computed tomography scanning to provide reliable scan results.- Work collaboratively with medical professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills in both CT and X-ray modalities.- Engage with patients to explain procedures and ensure comfort during scans.Please note that certifications and licenses are not required to be active upon submission but must be obtained or applied for upon offer.
