FI Consulting’s Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will envision, develop, champion, and lead the delivery of complex analytical software solutions for our clients.What We Do

FI has an established business serving commercial financial institutions and United States Federal agencies that manage complex portfolios. Our work spans custom software development, financial engineering, data analysis, risk management, program and portfolio management, and developing custom analytic and reporting solutions.Who We Are

The role of the CTO is to envision, develop, champion, and lead the delivery of complex software solutions for FI clients. Responsibilities include:Envisioning, developing, and implementing solution offerings that achieve multi-million dollar per year ongoing revenue potential.Collaborating with sales leaders to validate offerings and bring them to market.Building capacity to deliver solution offerings.Achieving revenue, growth, and performance goals.Embodying FI core values.Supporting corporate-wide initiatives.Conducting quarterly reviews of progress against our annual plan.Who You Are

25-plus years of experience in software and financial systems engineering in regulated industries.Advanced (PhD-level) knowledge of computer science and computational methods including AI.Track record of success delivering high profile complex software systems in finance.Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams.Outstanding communication skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior executives.Hands-on experience with multiple technologies, including Linux/Unix/Windows, Python, Java, C++, SQL Server, JSON, XML, Grid computing.Chartered Financial Analyst certification or equivalent.Knowledge of graph databases.Authorization for permanent employment in the United States.Our Company Values & Operates on:
