**Applicants must live in the Salt Lake City/Sandy, UT area, with the ability to work in-office as necessary.**
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Independently solving standard tickets; Support in difficult situations with guidance from supervision and collaborate with other IT teams globally on ticket resolution (including external support)New computers preparation / replacement / disposal and support for cell phones (iPhone and Android) and wireless modemsAssist with installing or upgrading softwarePreparation of reports (anti-virus, bitlocker, PC replacement plan...)IT equipment management (Maintain stock level, ordering, dealing with invoices and documenting in asset tracker)Support solving standard hardware (computers, printers, telephones, scanner, etc.) and software problems (office and production software)Administration of user accounts and computers in ADAdministration of network resources, management of security groups and e-mail groups in ADOn/Off boarding of users and user trainingParticipation in projects and other tasks ordered by a manager under medium level of supervision.REQUIREMENTS:

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000
