Position Summary

This role will serve as a Development Manager in our Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environment. This role will develop applications with the existing development team as well as providing the management of the development team. The successful candidate should have a strong knowledge of OMW, BI Publisher and have a working knowledge of latest tools release including Orchestrator. Previous SQL and other development languages and platforms desired as well. This role offers some flexibility to work remote but must be in the office 3 days a week in our Stow, Ohio location.

Key Responsibilities Provide Management, Mentoring and Coaching of the enterprise's development team. Responsible for writing and presenting performance reviews for the development team. Will write Functional and Technical specifications and perform Solution Architect duties. Performs as a Developer for JD Edwards implementations and ongoing projects Extensive experience with OMW, OCM configuration, path code/environment setup and Workflow analysis and administration. Experience in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Toolset including Application, UBE, TC, BSFN, NER and Interface design, development, and maintenance. Candidate needs to have a background that includes both functional and technical knowledge of the JDE EnterpriseOne 9.2 functional modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Distribution, Manufacturing) Data Conversion and interface development from legacy systems to JD Edwards Reviews any new implementation for technical details ensuring Client's standard approach. Assists the team with their technical difficulties before escalating and opening tickets with the vendor. Experience working with business managers to evaluate current and planned business processes and initiatives. Experience with MS SQL & Oracle DB Works well on a team as well as embracing a leadership role and facilitating discussions JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Toolset:

Prior 3-5 years of experience in managing a JDE development team both onsite and remote. Ability to use Java and XML to interface JDE with web applications. General understanding CNC Administration, security setup, and security maintenance. Ability to train other team members to elevate them to the same technical level Scope:

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems required

Skills & Experience:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Multiple E1 implementations 0/9.1 Experience is a plus Ability to abide by Client's policies Ability to maintain attendance to support required quality and quantity of work Maintain confidentiality and comply with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective work relationships with coworkers, clients, members, providers, and customers 10 years of experience in multiple technology environments (JDE, OBIEE, P6 & SOA) 5 years' experience in respective technical area 3 -5 year's management experience
