Are you interested in a marketing role on a high-profile launch brand?

As a Marketing Director within the anti-infectives franchise, you will be accountable for developing and leading the implementation of HCP, Consumer, or Omnichannel strategic launch plans on the US Brexafemme Marketing Team aligned to Strategy & Operating Plan. The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for ensuring timely US execution for these strategies and campaign tactics across teams and stakeholders including the leadership and development of marketers.

This role is an exciting opportunity to work on a key product launch in a key market and provides strong development opportunity for qualified job candidates who have a strong foundation in marketing and are looking to build their leadership and marketing skills in a new area or on a new launch. Candidate should have leadership skills, a solid strategic marketing foundation, be an agile self-starter, problem solver, have a passion for ensuring marketing campaigns are patient-centered, competitive, and have an innate drive to be innovative in marketing.

The incumbent will interact and lead across counterparts across stakeholders relevant to HCP, Consumer, and Omnichannel areas of work. This could include working across the brand marketing & cross-enterprise Marketing teams, the Integrated Brand Commercialization Team (IBCT) for the brand, Sales Team, Medical teams, Market Access team, Customer Insights Operations (CIO) team, the brand Promotional Review Team (PRT), Third Parties (e.g. agencies, contractors, vendors, etc.), and other stakeholder teams.

Brexafemme is a novel, first-in-class, triterpenoid antifungal treatment indicated for the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis (VVC) and reduction in the incidence of recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis (RVVC) in appropriate patients. There is a high unmet need to effectively treat appropriate patients due to many factors including a lack of new appropriate oral options.

The specific responsibilities of the role could include but are not limited to the following:

Develop & lead strategic launch plans in HCP, Consumer, or Omnichannel Marketing Coordinate with other Brand Marketing Directors (HCP, Consumer, Omnichannel) to connect and integrate strategy and tactics across the brand experience aligned to the Brand Strategy Coach and develop marketing capabilities and behaviors for marketing talent within the Anti-Infective Marketing Team Facilitate development and execution of branded/unbranded campaigns with agencies for HCPs & patients using insights via market research. Future indication planning for Brand, including OPDP filing strategy and submission. Lead & manage partner agency relationships, driving/addressing performance, workflow, and related expense budgets. Lead regulatory, legal, medical promotional review process, as well as special copy approval needs through our governance process including coaching marketing managers and associates to increase their capabilities for promotional review. Effectively lead internal cross-functional teams, including technology teams, Promotional Review teams, external partners, and project teams to achieve maximum results that drive the business while maintaining a strong patient focus. Partner cross-functionally and with external partners to define KPIs and analyze performance of key commercial programs on an ongoing basis. Lead development and execution of Technology Innovation such as the Digitally Enabled Rep in parallel with Omnichannel tactics (e.g. Opportunity Engine & Next Best Action (NBA) use cases) Lead Operational Planning including analytics to propose annual changes. Execute and implement ad-hoc special projects as needed.

Basic Qualifications: BS/BA with 4 years marketing within US Bio-Pharma marketing Ability to be in-office consistently 2-3 days per week Analytical skills including the ability to understand drivers of performance, synthesize and accurately draw conclusions from data and apply results of market research to inform agile decision making. (Business Analysis) Project management experience with proven ability to handle and lead multiple projects simultaneously (Project and Supplier Management) Experience managing and leading external agencies or teams in implementing projects including copy approval experience (Project and Supplier Management) Ability to travel 25%

Preferred Qualifications: BS/BA with 8-10 years marketing experience (3 years in healthcare anti-infectives marketing) or MBA/Advanced Degree with 5-8 years marketing experience (3 years in healthcare anti-infectives marketing) +4 years of Infectious Disease/Anti-Infective experience Demonstrated leadership experience (leading a team with direct reports, and/or significant enterprise/matrix leadership) Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships in a matrix environment. Proven agile decision-making, strategic thinking, proactive problem-solving, and oral/written communication skills. Experience working with global launch/marketing teams.

This is a hybrid role that requires in-office attendance 2-3 days/week at our sites in either Durham, NC or Philadelphia (FMC Tower), PA.
