Email Marketing Coordinator

Calling all digital marketing specialists who have experience with email marketing and email campaigns! Our manufacturing client is looking for a long term contractor to join their marketing team. This is a 40 hour per week contract role that will be onsite in Mason, OH. The role will kickoff at the end of September and last for 6-8 months. A laptop and work station will be provided while onsite. The Email Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for: - Managing email marketing campaigns for both internal and external efforts - Assisting with the creation of marketing and email content calendars - Creating email lists and list segmentation - Updating some website content - Helping with digital ads - Helping identifying ways to drive sales and traffic via email and other digital channels - Increasing inbound lead generation via email - Creating content for email messaging including subject lines, content, form building and calls to action - Evaluating targeting and segmentation to drive campaign effectiveness - Working with team members across the organization and with external partners to collaborate on projects and marketing efforts The Email Marketing Coordinator must have: - Experience within email marketing systems (they use Active Campaign but are switching to HubSpot). Experience in HubSpot is preferred. - Experience creating email campaigns within email platforms - Experience writing content for emails that drive lead generation and sales - 1+ years of experience within digital marketing or email marketing - Understanding of SEO - Experience with some social media content creation, specifically TIkTok - Experience creating email lists and managing email list segmentation - Experience with marketing automation - Ability to collaborate with various team members and comfortable jumping in on projects quickly and voicing opinions #IND123 #LI-TW1 Creative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
