We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Tax Manager to join our fast-paced finance team. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned tax professional with a strong background in tax planning, compliance, and preparation. You will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients, including partnerships, high net worth individuals (HNWI), S corporations (SCorp), C corporations (CCorp), entities, and trusts. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, strategic thinker who enjoys working in a challenging and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee all aspects of tax planning, compliance, and preparation for a diverse portfolio of clients.2. Develop and implement effective tax strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize tax liability.3. Conduct thorough tax research and analysis to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local tax regulations.4. Review and approve complex tax returns for partnerships, HNWI, SCorp, CCorp, entities, and trusts.5. Provide expert tax advice and guidance to clients, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.6. Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to ensure all tax-related matters are accurately addressed and resolved.7. Stay abreast of the latest tax laws and regulations, ensuring the organization is in compliance and utilizing best practices.8. Lead and mentor junior tax staff, fostering a supportive and high-performing work environment.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification is highly desirable.2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax planning, compliance, and preparation.3. Extensive knowledge of tax laws and regulations pertaining to partnerships, HNWI, SCorp, CCorp, entities, and trusts.4. Proven experience in managing a diverse portfolio of clients and providing expert tax advice.5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex tax information.6. Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of mentoring and developing junior staff.7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.8. Proficiency in tax software and other relevant computer applications.9. High level of integrity, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
