Human Resources Information System Consultant

4-5+ years of relevant Workday Integration development experience.Key Responsibilities:Use Workday expertise and technical proficiency to gather requirements, design, develop, test, and implement Workday integration solutions between new/existing systems, both internal and external, based on business requirements and industry standards.Write Workday integration test cases and support existing Workday integrations.Demonstrate leadership and ability to work collaboratively and independently to deliver work products in an Agile software delivery environment.Deliver ongoing production support for integrations, including testing during Workday bi-annual releases.Develop, support, and manage application code, user interfaces, and third-party integration components for Boeing’s Workday solution using Workday Studio / Report Designer (BIRT), Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors & Document Transformations, Calculated Fields, Report Writer / RaaS (Reports-as-a-Service), Web Services (SOAP/REST), XML, XSLT, xPath, and JSON.Qualifications:Expertise in Workday Studio / Report Designer (BIRT), Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors & Document Transformations, Calculated Fields, Report Writer / RaaS, Web Services (SOAP/REST), XML, XSLT, xPath, and JSON.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels within the organization.
