Likely a degree in computer science or computer engineeringOther engineering disciplines will be considered if you have an exceptional software and computer science backgroundMust have excellent writing ability and be able to provide writing samplesMust have strong interpersonal skills, as you will deal directly with inventors and clientsUSPTO license is not required, but certainly a desire to pass the USPTO exam and grow as a patent practitionerNote
