Practice TransformationAbout The Role:We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Director of Clinic Operations to play a key role in spearheading the operational and financial oversight of our healthcare groups. This senior role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing large-scale healthcare operations within a managed care setting. The Director will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across our clinics.What You’ll Do:Manage operational and financial oversight of clinics within the region, and responsible for direct/indirect reports.Assist in overseeing clinics within the region with P&L responsibility.Key player in overseeing all ambulatory care operations, including primary care, specialty clinics, and pediatrics.Collaborate closely with centralized cross-functional teams to implement smooth operational workflows.Lead initiatives related to Risk Adjustment, HEDIS, CGHAPS, STAR, Medicare, and other relevant metrics.Strategize action plans to address gaps in patient care and ensure excellence in performance.Manage new location buildouts to support patient growth and expansion.Integrate established IPA clinics into the Group model clinics.Lead Managed Care and Population Health initiatives across the designated area.Present and work closely with executive leadership team.Qualifications:Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in clinical operations within a value-based care or managed care setting.Strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational management skills.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.In-depth understanding of value-based care models, managed care principles, and healthcare regulations.Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.Strategic thinker with a focus on achieving business goals and driving operational excellence.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Who We Are:Astrana Health (NASDAQ: ASTH) is a physician-centric, technology-powered healthcare company accelerating the path towards a future where high-quality, coordinated healthcare is available to all. The office is at 1668 S. Garfield Avenue, Alhambra, CA.The annual total compensation target pay range for this role is: $155,000 - $165,000.
