This position is hybrid - 3 days remote, 2 days in the office.Coordinate the billing process for client housing. Assist with other self-pay and insurance duties.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The essential functions include the following:Process payments for housing accountsSelf-pay invoice generationMailing client monthly statementsProcess credit card paymentsSet up client payment plansAnswer and handle incoming calls as appropriateAssist with payment posting and insurance as neededOther duties assigned by supervisor or senior managementPersonnel Supervised:

NoneRequired Skills & Experience (Minimum Qualifications):Ability to successfully complete background check process.Highest integrity in the handling of financial matters.Ability to learn and successfully complete assigned bookkeeping and accounting tasks.A basic understanding of accounting terms and procedures.Computer skills including typing, 10-key, spreadsheets, and general familiarity with database programs.Ability to learn various software programs to meet the needs of the organization.Ability to model a lifestyle that is in compliance with Minnesota Adult & Teen Challenge’s Code of Conduct.Ability to remain on task and accurately follow through projects to their completion.Maintain professional standards of conduct and appearance with co-workers and the public.Possession of a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record that will be accepted by this organization’s vehicle insurance carrier.
