- be welcomed into an organisation that provides a supportive, friendly and positive culture within all of our staffing groups!This role will see you:Create campaign concepts and execute multiple lead generation and digital marketing campaigns that align with strategic organisational goals.Coordinate the production of all digital media and offline marketing campaigns including publications, marketing materials and photoshoots with external specialists.Implement a Content Management System to support and manage RAAFA’s internal communications strategy, with the assistance of a Marketing Co-Ordinator.Lead, support and execute internal communications strategy in the form of the intranet, newsletter, updates etc.Create inspirational, engaging and informative content to publish across our social media channels and work with the Marketing Manager to make editorial decisions about content nature and placement.Coordinate all marketing-related activity across external and internal events, sponsorships, collateral, web and advertising to support the promotion of RAAFA.Assist with the preparation of evaluation reports, conduct audits/surveys to confirm methodologies are effective.Oversee the management of all content and marketing campaign activities.About you:Tertiary qualification in journalism, communications, marketing, digital marketing or media is desirable.Exceptional writing skills: Proven ability to craft emotional, inspirational, informative, instructional or educational short-form content that succeeds its purpose.Research proficiency: Skilled in gathering information from diverse sources and synthesizing it effectively.Strategic thinking: Capability to implement strategies for change management to support effective communication.Collaborative nature: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Organisational skills: Strong time management and prioritisation skills to meet tight deadlines.Previous experience and demonstrated success in marketing, digital media, publications and communication.How to apply:Update your resume;Be eligible to work in Australia;Satisfactory National Police Certificate (on commencement of employment to be within six months from date of issue) or willing to obtain one;Be up to date with your Covid-19 and flu vaccinations;RAAFA WA reserves the right to withdraw, shortlist and interview applicants prior to this date.
