When you join Aya, youll be surrounded by teammates who care about you as an individual and leaders who will help you grow both personally and professionally.Responsibilities:?Support one or more Agile teams in the role of a Scrum MasterDemonstrates Scrum and Agile values to othersFacilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.?Removing impediments and coach teams on removing impediments?Work with metrics and analysis to continuously improve performance and delivery?Encourage team cohesion, empowerment, and ownership of commitments.Assist Product Owner(s) with backlog management and provide coaching on agile product ownership best practices?Be part of a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging experimentation and innovation in processes?

Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred)?2+ years of hands-on Scrum Master experience utilizing Agile delivery frameworks?Knowledge of Agile principles, concepts, and methodologiesAgile or SCRUM certification or equivalent training and experience are preferred?Agile experience at the team levelStrong communication, presentation, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills?with a continuous improvement mindsetExperience with JIRA or other work management tools?Knowledge and understanding of common Agile engineering practices is a plus?

Compensation : Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be an annual salary of

$100,000.The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position.
