REQUIRED (NO EXCEPTIONS)State experience with procedures (add to "Experience" field): General Urology, Advanced Endoscopic Techniques, Laparoscopic Surgeries, Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy, Ureteroscopy, Radical Cystectomy with Ileo-Loop Conduit, Radical Prostatectomy, Nephrectomy, Prostatectomy, Pelvic Node Dissection, Partial Nephrectomies/Intraoperative Ultrasound, Renal and Bladder U/S, TRUS Biopsies, Fertility Work-Up, Incontinence Procedures, Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (EWSL), Brachytherapy -
