About the OrganizationTransformation House is licensed by the Minnesota Department of Human Services, we are a 245G Substance Use Disorder Treatment Facility. We have three residential sites, in Anoka and Fridley, and we have two sober living facilities, in Champlin and Fridley.

Description

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Driver/Receptionist to support our outpatient clients during our evening program. This role is primarily focused on transportation but also involves managing client check-ins upon arrival.

Key Responsibilities:Client Transportation:

Safely transport outpatient clients to and from our facility.Documentation:

Record transportation details in client charts using our EMR system (Procentive).Client Check-In:

Greet clients upon arrival, ensure they are checked in, and assist with building entry.Additional Assistance:

Transport residential clients to the Recovery Hub for recovery meetings as needed.Hours:

Monday through Friday, from 3:30/4:00 PM to 9:30/10:00 PM.

Position Requirements

Requirements:

Valid Minnesota State Driver's License.Approval from company insurance to drive company vehicles.Must be willling and able to submit to and pass DHS Background StudyMust be at least 18 years of age

Pay Range$18-$19 DOE
