You’ll lead a team in partnering with talent acquisition leaders and business stakeholders to understand and shape strategic direction, craft new marketing initiatives to help deliver critical outcomes and results, communicate new campaign launches and updates, and help partners understand the performance and impact of our integrated campaigns. You’ll use business insights to inform your team’s external research agendas and market analysis, influencing strategic business decisions by proactively sharing talent trends and market assessments.

As a leader on the Talent Brand & Marketing team, you’ll balance big-picture, strategic thinking with day-to-day collaboration with peers, partners, and senior leaders. You’ll play a critical role as a trusted marketing advisor, thought partner, and team member.

About YouYou understand the power of great branding—its ability to influence behavior, change perception, and build reputation. You’re an expert across a variety of marketing channels and tactics. You know how to build data-backed marketing strategies that drive results. You excel at building relationships with partners and working collaboratively toward common goals. And, you thrive in spaces where you’re empowered to shape what’s new and next while solving meaningful problems.

Key responsibilities:

Translate business objectives, audience insights, and market trends into cohesive go-to-market strategies.

Leverage expertise across a variety of marketing channels and tactics to build data-backed marketing strategies that drive brand associations, generate leads, nurture prospects, and drive results throughout the audience journey.

Build effective relationships with peers, partners, and leaders and work collaboratively toward common goals and priorities.

Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner, helping to drive forward business decisions, deliver key results, and lead an engaged, high-performing team.

Use business insights to inform external research plans and market analysis that influence team strategies and business direction.

Bring intent to action by gaining buy-in, building coalitions of diverse sets of resources to deliver, monitoring/reporting back on progress, and, at times, acting as proxy for key stakeholders.

Facilitate defining business priorities and drive goal-setting efforts for the team, inclusive of cascading information through the organization, managing artifacts, and coordination of regular business reviews of key investments and initiatives.

Lead various program activities, including annual and quarterly planning, campaign budgeting, resource planning, strategic prioritization and coordination of work, deck building, meeting cadences, status reporting, meeting deadlines, and gathering input from and driving visibility across a variety of stakeholders.

Quickly and thoughtfully respond to evolving business needs and new leader/associate insights, shifting strategies, roadmaps, and tactics as appropriate.

Utilize data, feedback, and metrics to identify areas of opportunity and work with team and partner groups to continuously improve.

You’ll love your job if:

You’re a creative problem solver with the ability to connect teams, workstreams, and ideas.

You’ve demonstrated the ability to influence strategy and project direction (up to VP+, to peers, to more junior team members).

You’re able to flex, iterate, and prioritize work while balancing multiple initiatives at once.

You seek to understand, balancing context and business needs when making decisions.

You’re a great storyteller. You can simplify the complex with your strong written and verbal communication skills, and your ability to tell a compelling, data-driven story through decks, presentations, status reports, and more.

Your results-focused mindset helps you drive work forward in gray space with a key focus on quality.

You’re a team player who approaches assignments from a customer-centric perspective while also understanding higher-level business objectives.
