CBS Miami/CW Miami 33 is looking for an innovative, visionary, and creative leader ready to push media marketing and management forward! Are you versatile with the ability to institute a creative vision that will establish efficient strategies for brand development and visual execution? You will take ownership of a bold multi-platform marketing and community engagement plan and its results! This role will be responsible for driving a clear daily brand strategy for the CBS Miami properties.PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Coordinate and lead CBS Miami's brand, marketing, graphics, promotional, and community collaborations efforts across all platforms.Serve as the liaison with CBS Group Marketing Team to support the growth of our brand and lead execution of our group marketing strategies.Build and manage a team of high performing marketers, designers, and producers.Uphold brand standards and guidelines across all news-related visuals, graphics, and promotional materials, maintaining a compatible and recognizable brand presence.Work closely with Ad Agency partners to efficiently deploy campaigns in support of breaking news and planned events.Apply critical metrics to monitor the overall health of the brand, both internally and externally.Ability to communicate and present concepts in a clear and engaging way.Support brand through content, culture and community.Have an attention to detail, tone and style.Lead the direction, production, and scheduling of all marketing messages, scripts, spots, campaigns, tent pole events, and other creative.Proven leadership capabilities with a track record of successfully recruiting, retaining, and teaching staff.Collaborate with News Director and News Team to ensure alignment with the overall brand strategy.Partner with the research department to understand viewer insights while effectively translating it into creative strategies that engage our audience.REQUIREMENTS & EDUCATION:

Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership.Creative, experience with graphics systems, editing, production systems and software.Preferred Bachelor's degree in Mass Media, Communications, Marketing, or Advertising.Preferred 3-5 years experience in management, promotion, and production.
