V ice President, Marketing Technology Program Leader, Synchrony Bank, Stamford, CT. Develop clear problem statements, comprehensive requirements, technology roadmaps and specific solutions to drive business value. Drive communication with cross-functional stakeholders to manage activities and milestones. Develop and implement comprehensive program plans (epics, features, and stories), including team structure and resource alignment. Lead as a Scrum Master through agile events. Drive change management to support people, process, and technology. Collaborate with Marketing Engineering Teams and product work owners on building work and resources by providing input on prioritization of work for the program. Track and report status updates on all projects and programs. Anticipate, escalate, and resolve program/project related issues, impediments, and risks. Manage vendor relationships and work with Global Development Centers (GDCs) to execute SOWs for new engagements, setup Purchase Orders and billing, and coordinate contractor staffing. Oversee the program budget.

40 hrs./week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

A Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, and five (5) years of post-bachelors, progressive, related work experience.

Must have five (5) years of experience with/in:

Technology Product or Project/Program Management;Financial Services or Banking industry;Implementing Marketing platforms such as Customer Data Platform (CDP), Customer Preference Center, Digital Asset Management, Campaign Automation / Orchestration, and Demand Marketing platforms;Leading large scale program using Agile; andUsing Jira to manage product development work.
