We are committed to enhancing the quality of life for our patients and ensuring dignity and comfort during their final days.Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Hospice Marketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about promoting our services within the healthcare community, building strong relationships, and driving growth for our organization.Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to generate referrals and increase admissions for our hospice and palliative care services.Establish and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, social workers, discharge planners, and other key referral sources.Educate healthcare providers and community organizations on our services, benefits, and eligibility criteria to increase awareness and understanding.Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth patient transitions and a positive experience for those referred to our programs.Monitor and analyze referral trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and community outreach programs to raise awareness and expand networks.Achieve sales and admissions goals, including revenue targets and quotas.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 2 years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably with a focus on hospice or palliative care.Proven success in sales, business development, or marketing within the healthcare sector.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with healthcare professionals and community partners.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Highly self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
