Join our team as a Senior Growth Manager and take the lead in optimizing user activation, retention, revenue, and customer lifetime value (CLV) across our product portfolio. We're seeking a data-driven professional to drive continuous product experimentation and iteration, directly influencing Able's revenue targets. If you're passionate about growth and ready to make a significant impact, this role is for you.What you'll do

Build a roadmap and take product concepts from ideas through validation, shipping, measurement, and iteration.Set and ensure KPIs in product-related metrics, such as activation, retention, referrals, revenue, and CLV.Maximize landing page, site and funnel experiences by identifying trends, customer insights, opportunities to scale customized experiences, and new areas to test.Drive the A/B testing program with a focus on implementing strategies that improve conversion rates – install conversion and subscription conversion.Measure cohort CLV performance by acquisition channel/campaign creating a feedback loop with the marketing team.Serve as a subject matter expert on the design of experiments including test structure, sequencing, the definition of primary and secondary success metrics, and experiment duration calculations.Implement behavioral psychology methods into the buying funnel to improve conversions and increase ARPU.Lead and guide the team in identifying product opportunities, defining product problems, and delivering product solutions throughout the product life cycle.About you

6+ years of growth product management experience, specializing in B2C subscription models.Expertise in conversion rate optimization, ideally for D2C, subscription-based web apps.Experience in D2C subscription-based industry (ideally health & fitness, entertainment or gaming).Strong level of spoken and written English.Proficiency in key web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Posthog, Mixpanel), web testing platforms (e.g. Optimizely, Apptimize, GrowthBook etc.).Analytical data-driven mindset with a deep understanding of data visualization techniques.Create and review user stories (inc. granular breakdowns, acceptance criteria, QA).Expert knowledge of various testing methodologies (A/B testing, multivariate testing, incrementally testing, usability testing).Experience as an end-to-end owner of the product development life cycle from inception through planning to launch.Experience building products for Web experiences.Proficiency in using product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.Proficiency in agile project management methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.Nice to haves

Proficiency in using CRM tools such as Customer.io, Signal and Braze.Experience in growth marketing channels such as Google, Meta, and TikTok ads.Experience in health tech or digital pharmacy space.Location
