Customer Success Manager, Ad Sales

for an Entertainment client.This is a 6+ month contract opportunity. The role is located in NYC or Chicago, with 2 days onsite weekly.What You'll Do:Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers and agency partners to deliver exceptional service.Act as the main point of contact, managing requests and guiding clients through the sales and campaign processes.Develop and implement media planning strategies and RFP responses across various channels.Participate in meetings to enhance relationships, and manage campaign preparation, optimization, and reporting.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns meet KPIs and deliver results.Oversee campaign setup, launch, and execution, including creative production and asset management.Monitor and optimize campaign performance, leveraging insights for business growth opportunities.Manage complex projects and cross-functional collaboration.Educate clients on products and best practices, providing actionable data insights and recommendations.Handle post-campaign analysis and ensure accurate and timely invoicing.Follow internal guidelines and processes.Who You Are:Bachelor's degree in Sales, Advertising, Marketing, Business, or related field.3+ years of experience in digital media planning and/or buying.Strong understanding of digital media and advertising metrics.Known for excellent customer service and data-driven recommendations.Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.Effective communicator with experience in Excel, PowerPoint, and digital media tech systems.Perks & Benefits:Medical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceLife Insurance401k ProgramCommuter BenefiteLearningEducation ReimbursementOngoing Training & Development*To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.To learn more about this Customer Success Manager, Ad Sales opportunity, apply now.
