Our SAP EWM professionals deliver strategic solutions to help clients transform their logistics operations improving cost, efficiency, quality, and effectiveness.Your key responsibilitiesLead and deliver quality SAP projects or workstreamsParticipate in Explore phase design workshopsPerform configuration of SAP EWM and other related SAP modulesDesign custom RICEF solutions and document functional specificationsPerform testing of solutionsSupport development and delivery of training materialsProvide on-site hypercare support to client warehouse usersDemonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and possess strong business acumenDemonstrate ability to assimilate to new knowledgeConsistently deliver quality client services. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomesEstablish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levelsSkills and attributes for successOn your typical engagement, you will work with the key stakeholders to understand their needs and advise on SAP system capabilities. You will initiate the requirement gathering, architect solutions, blueprinting, testing, complete the workflow and documentation, as well as the functional design of the solution. You’ll serve as a liaison between stakeholders and technical team, translating needs into efficient business solutions and executing the configuration and/or integration with SAP and non-SAP systems.To qualify for the role, you must haveA bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of related work experienceAt least 3 years of experience working with SAP EWMStrong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skillsAbility and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologiesExperience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team membersA flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%Ideally, you’ll also havePrior consulting industry experience or deep functional experienceSAP Certification/sExperience with at least two full lifecycle implementations of SAP EWMExperience performing hands-on SAP system configurationExperience designing custom RICEF solutions and writing functional specificationsExperience writing and executing test scriptsExperience writing and delivering training materials for end usersKnowledge and understanding of warehouse operations for distribution and/or manufacturing facility operationsWhat we look forOn our team, we are looking for someone who is adept with the functional business skills along with in-depth SAP technical capabilities. Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, peer company environments and prior consulting experience relevant to SAP EWM and a functional role.What we offerWe offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $141,200 to $258,900. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $169,500 to $294,300.Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
