Location: 4900 Tiedeman Road - Brooklyn, Ohio 44144-2302 Summary: As a senior member of the team, provide application support, vulnerability remediation planning and research, monthly patch delivery and remediation, and implementation of related processes across KeyBank computers. Interfaces with vendors, as well as other KeyBank's Technology & Operations teams to provide a seamless and reliable computing experience to end users. Development and enforcement of technology standards and assist with white papers and/or presentations. Provide analysis, design, engineering, and consulting for systems management tools used within KeyBank's environment. Responsible for research and analysis necessary to provide capacity and performance levels required to support business initiatives, as they pertain to KeyBank systems. Works on problems of diverse scope, where analysis of situation requires evaluation and judgment. Actively works resolution of system and client experience impacts for one or more environments, applications, or platforms. Responsibilities: Leads members of the team in providing application support, vulnerability assessment, remediation, planning and research. Participates in monthly patch delivery, remediation, and troubleshooting. Demonstrate aptitude and interest in technical skills by implementing tactical solutions Builds, maintains, and documents infrastructure components for work assigned. Actively works resolution of system and client experience impacts for one or more environments, applications, or platforms. Experience in managing privileged user access in a highly regulated environment. Experience Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM), Microsoft Intune, and endpoint threat detection platforms. Foundation in M365 Endpoint Management. Develop and maintain automated PowerShell scripts to deliver solutions to Windows desktops Experience in Windows Autopatch Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal clients and Interface with other Key Technology & Operations teams to maintain and support the environment. Assists in testing and evaluating new and existing solutions and capabilities. Utilizes technical documentation, specifications, and project artifacts to deliver mature monitoring, improved resiliency, and high availability. Begin to employ diagnostic methods and analytical skills to solve problems with effective solutions from a variety of sources. Display composure during demanding situations in addition to day-to-day activities. Effective communicator in individual and group settings (verbal and written). Escalate issues to other teams and management as required. Learns and follows recommended IT standards (e.g. info security, audit, compliance, etc.) as well as operational best practices (e.g. ITIL). Demonstrates active learning regarding industry trends in banking and technology; suggests new ideas to improve current processes. Shares own perspective on KeyBank processes and/or applicable trends and previous experiences. Qualifications: 3-5 years experience in vulnerability management. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security or related field; or relevant work experience. Basic understanding of security threats, vulnerabilities, and how that relates to the financial industry. Strong risk-based analysis and decision-making skills. Experience with MECMSCCM Experience in Powershell scripting. Application packaging experience preferred. Experience with Service Now preferred.
