You’ll work with cross-functional teams to create user-centered designs that meet our company goals and improve user satisfaction.
Things You’ll Do Here
:
Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and understand user needs and behaviors.Analyze user feedback and data to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts and user flows.Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users.Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.Develop design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries to ensure consistency across products.Define and document user personas, scenarios, and journey maps.Design and refine information architecture, navigation structures, and interaction patterns.Work closely with product managers, business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs align with business objectives and technical feasibility.Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.Plan and conduct usability tests to evaluate the effectiveness and usability of design solutions.Analyze test results and make recommendations for improvements.Keep up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.Continuously seek opportunities to enhance design skills and knowledge.Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential duties.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
:
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field3+ years in a UI/UX role with experience in responsive and adaptive design.Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design, user-centered design principles, and best practices including accessibility standards.Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, and Adobe Creative Suite.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
A plus if you have:
Healthcare or Health Insurance Industry experience.Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.Familiarity with analytics tools and user feedback mechanisms.
