ResponsibilitiesPaid Social Media Marketing:

Develop and execute comprehensive paid social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Nextdoor to acquire residential customers.Optimize ad campaigns for maximum reach, engagement, and conversions.Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.

Multi-Channel Marketing:

Coordinate and execute direct mail, email, and print marketing campaigns.Develop creative concepts and messaging that align with Vero Fiber's brand and value proposition.Collaborate with design and production teams to create visually appealing materials.Measure the effectiveness of multi-channel campaigns and make data-driven adjustments.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics to measure campaign success.Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and provide actionable insights.Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI.

Team Management:

Oversee and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals.Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively.Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid social media.Proven track record of driving successful digital marketing campaigns.In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and advertising tools.Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience with direct mail, email, and print marketing is a plus.BenefitsProjected salary range: $80,000 - $100,000, depending up on experience plus benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Collaborative and supportive work environment.
