[email protected] .ResponsibilitesPerforms maintenance and changes on network routers, switches, and wireless equipment, as requiredPerforms Implementation/Configuration of new network routers, switches, and wireless devices, as requiredAssists with troubleshooting internetwork connectivity and wireless issues.Utilizes change management and ticketing systems, documents status updates and problem resolutions.Complete all assignments and project work in a timely manner with an acceptable level of qualityFollows documented processes, procedures, and policiesPerforms customer service duties and responds to customer and project requests as defined by managementThis position requires the participation in an on-call support rotation with the other team membersOther related duties assigned as neededRequired Job Qualifications
Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience administering Routers and SwitchesMust have SolarWinds management experienceMust have experience with Cisco router and switches.Must have networking TCP/IP routing experienceMust have experience with network break/fix of layer 2 and 3 environmentsMust be motivated and able to work effectively under average supervision in a fast-paced environmentMust be team-oriented, placing priority on quality and the successful completion of team goalsGood analytical and problem-solving skillsNetwork related industry certifications a plusComprehends current cyber security best practicesBachelor's Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science is a plus, but not requiredPreferred Job Qualifications
Cisco Wireless experienceCisco Nexus platform experienceCisco SDWANCisco Catalyst CenterSolarWindsSPLUNK experienceExperience working in an environment subject to regulatory complianceExperience with supporting an enterprise network at a Utility companyStrong understanding of packet capture analysisIf intersted, please send your resume to
