We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager in the Atlanta, GA area. We are looking for an individual contributor with proven sales experience in the packaging prepress space. This position will offer a base salary and a monthly commission. See below for additional information.
Key responsibilities for this position:
- Understand company objectives, and conduct market research to evaluate opportunities, identify potential partners, set pricing, develop pricing
strategies, and negotiate contracts
- Contact potential clients, inform them of company products and services, and solicit new business
- Prepare action plans for US market together with the sales team in the search of sales leads and prospects including their follow up to generate sales
and secure sustainability long-term.
- Create, negotiate, and close deals that maximize price/market share and deliver on the client’s and agency’s marketing objectives and expectations.
- Map competition (Sales strategy/Programs/Clients) and use market intelligence to develop strategies to maximize market share.
- Deliver maximum value on deals by collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization (PRS, Operations) and taking complete
ownership of deal execution, client servicing and post evaluations of campaigns.
Skills Required For This Position:
- Prepare sales strategies and action plans for the US market
- Initiate and coordinate the development and execution of agreed strategies and action plans, both product and market related
- Perform customer visits and prepare to visit reports to discuss the next steps
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans
- Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding sales performance and market developments
- Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing and service offers for all completed prospect applications submitted for approval
- Maintain accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports locally and regionally
- Manages and self-controls expenses to meet budget, travel, and other company guidelines
- 7+ years of previous Sales & Pre-sales experience
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred. This qualification may be offset with either a four-year engineering degree with sales experience in the relevant
field of work.
- Experience in managing outsourcing client onboarding and key account management.
- At least 3 years’ experience in managing offshore vendors and partners for digital services.
Technical/Functional Proficiency Required:
- Strong skills in Prepress and Premedia workflow knowledge.
- Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), &
planning skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as internal and external
clients.
- Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management.
- Occasional travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required.
