Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year

active full time status for minimum of 12 months)
- Coverage through Aflac (Accidental, Supplemental, Life, Short term, Long
term, Cancer coverage etc) premium is paid by the employee.

- Yearly Bonus (Qualified employees will be eligible after first year of
employment)
- Up-to-date Subscriptions.
Job Duties:
- Provide intake and diagnostic assessments for new clients
- Provide psychotherapy, behavior therapy, or other counseling services to patient
or families
- Provide education or counseling to individuals and families
- Develop treatment plans in accordance with regulations and agency policy
- Collaborate with collateral contacts and other providers
- Complete documentation as required
- Complete documentation as required and progress notes need to be completed
on the same day of service.
- Pay the employee for a given service if and only if clinical documentation
is received within 24 hours of said service.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our dynamic medical team. Responsibilities:
As an LICSW, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing comprehensive clinical social work services to patients, including assessment, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, and discharge planning.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Providing crisis intervention and supportive counseling to patients and their families.
- Advocating for patients to ensure their access to needed resources and services.
- Documenting all patient interactions and interventions in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
- Participating in ongoing professional development activities to maintain and enhance your clinical social work knowledge and skills.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and protocols related to clinical social work services.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited university.
- Current and valid LICSW licensure.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a clinical social worker, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
- Strong problem-solving and crisis management skills.
- Proficiency in electronic health records and other computer applications related to clinical social work practice.
- Commitment to adhering to the NASW Code of Ethics and other professional standards.
