Job Details

As the working supervisor, you'll lead and execute landscape maintenance and design-build construction projects. You'll oversee equipment and material deliveries to ensure projects meet deadlines. Safety, quality, and productivity at sites and the yard will be your focus, as you train and mentor crew members in safe and efficient techniques. Collaborating closely with the Design-Build Manager and Project Supervisor, you'll manage all aspects of landscape projects, including hardscapes, softscapes, water features, and more. Operating a range of tools and equipment, you'll ensure everything from snow removal to preventive maintenance is handled expertly. Reading blueprints and specifications, you'll ensure precise execution while delivering exceptional customer service to foster business growth. Your proactive approach and teamwork will guarantee projects meet or exceed expectations, contributing to a positive work culture and client satisfaction.

Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Experience:

•3+ years in the landscape or construction industry? You’re already ahead of the game!

•Bonus points if you bring knowledge or hands-on experience in horticulture, landscape design, or construction.

  • Education:

•A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is your ticket in.

•Have a degree in horticulture or a related field? Even better—consider it your golden ticket!

  • Licenses:

•A valid driver's license is a must to navigate our VHC vehicles.
