Salary: $100,000 - $170,000 per year
A bit about us:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This position provides an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, handling a diverse range of litigation cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, particularly in areas of civil, construction, commercial, and corporate litigation. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience, and the candidate must be a member of the Georgia State Bar.

- Developing case strategies in cooperation with the team and clients, and ensuring the effective execution of these strategies.
- Conducting thorough legal research to support case preparation and to stay informed about changes in laws and regulations.
- Engaging in settlement negotiations and mediations to resolve disputes in the best interest of our clients.
- Providing legal advice to clients, interpreting laws, rulings, and regulations for specific cases.
- Maintaining clear and accurate case documentation, correspondence, and client files.
- Participating in business development activities, including networking and client relationship management.
- A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on civil, construction, commercial, and corporate litigation.
- Membership in the Georgia State Bar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound legal judgments.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to effectively interact with clients, opposing counsel, judges, and team members.
- Proven ability to handle a high volume of cases and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Demonstrated commitment to professional ethics and client confidentiality.
- Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
