The

Alpinestars Creative Communications Team

leads all aspects of advertising and marketing to ensure best in class, innovative and inspired communications media and materials to our consumers and industry.

As a

Graphic Designer

you will be responsible for crafting artistic, inventive, and compelling design and conceptual solutions for a variety of mediums. Your function will be in a shared services creative team that produces and delivers many visual communication assets across the entire brand. Our Team strives for consistent on time delivery of campaigns and assets that elevate and push the brand forward. This position reports to the Creative Director.

Job ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate the ability to take direction and then use creativity and imagination to develop original creative artworkCreate original concepts/layout comps based on direction from the Art Director, Creative Communications Manager or other Senior CreativesProduce campaign versioning across all social, web, digital, retail and print initiativesProduce Design, Typography, and Layouts for CatalogsRetouch and Output print and digital photographyPrint, Collate and bind books as needed for eventsLayout powerpoint presentations for eventsPreflight packaging of assets and files for deliver to other departments in the companyMake corrections and revisions to artwork as needed and directed by Senior StaffThink strategically to further creative concepts and communication strategies across reach of the brandCommunicate effectively with all staff, vendors and partners engendering trust and respectQualifications

Exceptional aesthetic across graphic and art direction in communication collateralExperience in advertising, marketing, corporate identity, brand management, sales promotion, and new media communicationAbility to work across numerous projects with competing deadlines and effectivelyKnowledge and sensitivity to creative trends influencing design in general, and in fashion/athletics/performance arenasYou have at least 1-3+ years of relevant (preferably brand, agency or design firm) experienceExpert-level knowledge of Adobe Creative SuiteWorking knowledge of Microsoft OfficeA digital portfolio or samples of work listed on resume demonstrating mastery in art direction, visual design, or similarAbility to communicate effectively about the design work with colleges and senior staffExperience in motorsports industry a plus
