We have an exciting opportunity for a
Business Developer/Project Sales Rep ! Gpac, a 30+ year-old recruitment company, is partnered with a well-established company in the Mechanical industry. This is your chance to join a team that values both exceptional service and a friendly working environment.
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated technical salesperson with a drive to deliver amazing results. As a Business Developer/ Project Sales Rep, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales of our project solutions. Your focus will be on understanding client needs, proposing tailored solutions, and closing deals to achieve sales targets.
REQUIREMENTS:Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and industry research.Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.Identifying, estimating, selling, and executing projects based on customers’ needs.Work with National Accounts to secure and execute project based on leads provided.QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven track record in project sales and project management with the HVAC and/or Plumbing fields.Mechanical and HVAC background in Commercial, Industrial and Institutional markets preferred but not required.Strong sales ability required.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.Ability to pass drug and background screens.WHAT WE OFFER:
