About the Role:

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will create visual content to communicate messages effectively within the Gore brand. Also, you will work with internal teams to ensure brand consistency, incorporating feedback, and preparing designs for print and digital media.

This position will be located at our facility in Phoenix, Arizona, with the possibility of a hybrid remote work arrangement, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.

Responsibilities:

Develop creative visual assets for various purposes, including marketing materials, social media posts, presentations, iconography and moreCollaborate with Functional Marketing partners to brainstorm and conceptualize design ideas that align with project goals and Brand objectivesEnhance and manipulate images to fit design requirements, maintaining a high level of visual qualityCreate layouts for print and digital channels, including typography, ensuring a cohesive and visually pleasing arrangement of elements, incorporating feedback to meet business objectivesEnsure designs adhere to established brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in style and toneCollaborate with regional design partners, brainstorming and aligning on Gore Brand Visualization to develop a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, social media, web banners (programmatic), Congress/Event materials, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materialsOrganize and manage design files, ensuring accessibility, efficient storage and work proficiency within the project management software; Workfront, DAM, BTC, and compliance to Gore standardsResponsible for staying up to date on industry trends and sharing insights with other Functional Marketing partnersCreate visual aids and presentations that effectively communicate information in the Gore BrandCollaborate with the Art Director and/or Creative Director to translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identityRequired Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years' experience with extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and w orking knowledge of HTML 5, CSS3, and JavaScriptTypographic, Brand identity, web and digital formats, information and interactive design experienceMust exhibit strategic and creative thinking, creative problem solving and an innate ability to balance design aesthetics with functional objectivesStrong understanding of design principles, layout and compositionExperience in both print and digital designStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlinesPassion for staying up to date of design trends and industry advancementsDemonstrated ability to create compelling visual assets, tied together to create a unified lookAbility and willingness to travel up to 10%Desired Qualifications:

Active knowledge of ADA requirements/European Accessibility Act in digital assetsHybrid Working Arrangements are permitted for Associates in the continental United States (US) and Canada, with appropriate approval and compliance with Gore's hybrid working policies, from the country in which they are employed.
