Job Summary :The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing team in executing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, managing social media accounts, and assisting in the creation of content. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills, who can manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, creativity, and a desire to grow within the field.
Key Responsibilities :Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising.Help manage the company's social media platforms by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and reporting on performance.Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce marketing materials such as brochures, social media graphics, and promotional emails.Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.Support the organization of events, webinars, and other promotional activities.Assist in maintaining the company's website, ensuring content is up-to-date and optimized for SEO.Respond to customer inquiries received through marketing channels and provide support as needed.Perform administrative tasks to support the marketing team, such as preparing reports, scheduling meetings, and managing marketing calendars.Qualifications :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, MailChimp, Hootsuite, or similar.Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, and email marketing.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Creativity and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
