With a reputation for delivering exceptional results, we are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead our interior projects from concept to completion.
Job Description
Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of interior construction projects.Collaborate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project goals are met.Manage project budgets, change orders, and procurement of materials and resources.Oversee on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and schedules.Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality control.Identify and resolve issues that may arise during construction, ensuring minimal disruptions.Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
5+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a focus on interior projects.Strong understanding of interior construction methods, materials, and finishes.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Experience with budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Microsoft Project, etc.).OSHA 30 certification and familiarity with NYC building codes.
