Job Overview:

Alogent is currently recruiting for a Sales Manager, Key Accounts. As the leader in our market, we are looking for a proven, high energy, success driven Account Manager who will create growth in our company. This is a quota-carrying sales position that is responsible for driving efforts to grow Alogent market share and presence in the industry through the execution of consultative sales activities with existing clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and driving new sales for Alogent through direct sales of our industry leading solutions into Key prospective accounts. This position boasts a market competitive base salary plus commission and carries an annual sales quota. Solid communication, presentation, relationship building, organizational and problem-solving skills are a must.

This position can be filled by candidates throughout the United States, however, candidates local to our Peachtree Corners, GA headquarters will be considered hybrid with 2-3 day in office requirement.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

Meet/Exceed Annual QuotaGenerate leads and drive sales of Alogent's products to financial institutions within a territory/named account list (prospective customers) or as assigned by the Chief Revenue OfficerProspect for new business within assigned territory (greenfield accounts, then upsell, cross-sell into newly acquired accounts)Manage the effective and rapid movement of leads through the sales process, including qualification of prospects; assessment of potential client needs; presentations of Alogent's products; and expeditious closing of businessManage client relationships within newly acquired accounts & expand relationships as appropriateDaily maintenance of sales pipeline, statuses, and forecasts in SalesforceAssist the renewal process of product and support agreements (after new accounts are acquired)Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction which is measured by ongoing customer satisfaction metrics and high contract renewal ratesAct as a trusted advisor ensuring customers are effectively using Alogent's applications, and recommend adoption of newer versions of installed products or expanded servicesWork closely with internal departments such as Professional Services, Development, Customer Support and AccountingParticipate in customer calls and onsite visitsThe above statements are intended only to describe the general nature of the job, and should not be construed as an all-inclusive list of position responsibilities.

Qualifications/Experience:

Bachelor's Degree preferred and/or equivalent experience in related field10+ years direct sales experience in financial services sector selling to Financial Institutions of all sizes preferred with demonstrated successStrong knowledge of item processing solutions and payments industry preferred. Familiarity with how these applications are used within the market and knowledge of major competitive offeringsDemonstrated understanding of sales cycles and processesExperience in opportunity qualification, account development & on-going relationship managementProven track record for consistently attaining quotaMust be professional with exceptional etiquette skillsStrong customer service skillsExceptional time management/task management skillsAptitude to listen to customer needs and recite information to ensure those needs are met through our solutions and productsExperience using Salesforce CRM softwareQuickly acquire product/industry knowledge to deliver cost-justified solutionsStrong communication skills, including the ability to clearly convey information and ideas through verbal and/or written media to individuals or groupsAbility to work tactfully through challenging customer issuesProblem solver who takes initiative to get things done, an enthusiastic go getter!Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are requiredWorking Conditions:
