Major Responsibilities- Under general direction of the Chief Marketing and Development Officer, with considerable latitude for independent initiative and judgment, perform difficult and responsible supervisory and administrative work for the Marketing & Development Division.- Spearhead sponsorship efforts for Parks events and programs, including management of relationships, execution of contracts, management of budgets and reporting.- Work closely with the Deputy Director to improve team efficiency and operations, including the creation of standard operating procedures, the development of a centralized file sharing system, and managing division workflow tools such as customer relationship management (CRM).- Coordinate Adopt-a-Bench program, including ideating and implementing efficiencies. Provide guidance to seasonal employee as necessary.- Manage the film shoot donation program.- Lead the creation and execution of advertising campaigns for Agency programs, citywide initiatives and special events.- Produce COIB, Local Law 28 City, and Ethnic and Community Media Advertising reports.

Qualifications

1. A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and two years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to the duties described above; or2. High school graduation or equivalent and six years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to the duties as described above; or3. Education and/or experience which is equivalent to "1" or "2" above. However, all candidates must have at least one year of experience as described in "1" above.
