POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Campaign Manager builds and administers cross-media communication campaigns using print and digital assets created by Marketing Communications to support ITA Group’s corporate marketing strategies. Campaigns will include some or all of the following: email, digital ads, content syndication, organic and paid search, blogs and print/dimensional mailings.

ACCOUNTABILITIES & PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONSSuccessfully administer marketing campaigns through various marketing channels and marketing automation software using defined campaign plans. Includes campaign automation setup, tracking code development, testing and campaign implementation and metrics monitoring/reporting.Assist with the management and maintenance of the integrity, quality, depth and structure of the marketing reports/databases required to support marketing campaigns.Manage multiple email campaigns at any given time, including setup, list building, testing and monitoring.Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.).Work to minimize email bounces and spam-filter blocks.Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email.Coordinate all advertising efforts including ad setup and placement.Lead the collation and distribution of print/dimensional mailings.Assist the Digital Media Manager with any digital media campaign needs.Assist with monthly marketing reporting as needed.Assist marketing team operationally in the end-to-end execution of all projects as needed.Research and test partnerships with new vendors to expand our reach and/or lower our cost-per-acquisition.Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, digital advertising, Search and email marketing.POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or equivalent work experience.Three to five years of digital marketing experience in an internal marketing department, advertising agency or similar environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, SEO/SEM, digital advertising and social media marketingExperience in using marketing automation software to implement digital campaigns.Exceptional project and process management experience specifically managing multiple complex digital marketing campaigns at once.In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search, retargeting, social network advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more), and content distribution and placement networks.Ability to listen, understand and respond to external and internal customers’ needs in a timely manner; customer service experience in a service-related industry preferred.Ability to work the time necessary to complete projects and/or meet deadlines.
