VistaVu is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing an efficient sales pipeline and operating as the conduit between marketing and sales.

Increasing Pipeline Opportunities

The BDR should proactively identify new business opportunities by researching and engaging with potential clients across various industries.Ensure that leads align with the firm's ideal customer profile, determining their suitability for VistaVu services.Leverage customer relationship management (CRM) systems (Hubspot and OneVu) to track lead generation activities, follow-ups, and status updates for each lead.Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calls, email campaigns, and social media engagement, to introduce VistaVU services and products to potential clients.Continuously monitor market trends and industry developments, particularly related to SAP, to identify key opportunities and understand the competitive landscape.Stay informed about competitors' offerings and strategies, providing input to improve VistaVu's positioning and offerings in the market.Collaborate closely with the Account Executives to ensure the smooth transition of qualified leads into the sales pipeline. Provide insights into the prospect's needs and challenges.Provide feedback to marketing teams on the effectiveness of campaigns, messaging, and content based on interactions with prospects.Consistently achieve or exceed lead generation and appointment-setting quotas as defined by the firm's sales targets.Contribute to building a healthy sales pipeline by keeping it filled with qualified leads and regularly updating the status of leads.Act as the first point of contact for potential clients, identifying their pain points and explaining how VistaVu Services and solutions can solve business challenges.Organize and schedule initial sales meetings for Account Executives.Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities, including metrics like call volume, conversion rates, and lead qualification status, providing regular reports to sales management.Participate in regular training and development programs to improve communication, sales, and lead-generation techniques.Work with marketing and Account Executives to develop new names for your follow-up by identifying potential prospects in list tools.Actively search, cold call and identify leads and prospects for our products (FieldVu and Resolv).Follow up on interest, help answer questions, and flow through the buyer's journey to qualify and convert leads into Sales Accepted Leads for the Account Executives and ultimately their successful deal closes.Drive results and create a pipeline through weekly call targets, outreach campaigns, and prospect research.Contribute to building a healthy sales pipeline by keeping it filled with qualified leads and regularly updating the status of leads.Nurture positive relationships with decision-makers of leads, prospects, partners, and potential customers.Leverage information and tools that help provide information along the buyer's journey, including creating call scripts and email templates personalized to the prospect.Leverage digital presence to drive social engagement and connections through LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social platforms.Help drive attendance and awareness for our webinars and events to improve our registration numbers and promote our products and services.Book Call meetings for the Account Executives.Planning, preparation, and attendance and follow-up for Regional/Sales Events.System/Process Maintenance

Add leads & ensure data accuracy in VistaVu's customer relationship management system (CRM) and communicate any changes and updates to both the sales and marketing teams and monitor progress.Provide regular updates on new accounts and contacts made during our weekly sales team calls.Be a positive representative of VistaVu's core values to our prospects and customers in all your interactions.Other duties as assigned.What experience do you need?

A minimum of two (2) years experience in sales, account management or outbound within the B2B space technology space.Experience in ERP Reseller Channel or similar a plus.Experienced using Customer Relationship Management System. HubSpot experience is a plus.Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Management, Marketing, Economics, or other related disciplines.High energy, positive go-getter attitude.An ambition to become a member of a successful B2B sales team.Strong entrepreneurial mindset: a passion that is led through customer-centricity, and continuous learning.Tenacity and perseverance with an ability to engage in identifying business pain.Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.Strong problem-solving and negotiation skillsExcellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask.Excellent knowledge of business software solutions.Ability to multitask and prioritize.Ability to build long-term relationships with prospective clients.What's in it for you?
