Position Overview
We are looking for a creative, experienced, and driven Experienced UI/UX Mobile Designer with Game Design Experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead and contribute to the design and development of user-centered mobile products and games. You will collaborate closely with engineers, and stakeholders to create compelling and innovative design solutions that enhance the user journey and marketplace experience. The ideal candidate has a strong background in UX/UI design, game mechanics and player incentives, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for blending game design principles into engaging mobile interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Design Process: Guide the design process from concept to final implementation, ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience across mobile platforms and games.Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate product requirements into intuitive and elegant user interfaces.User Research: Conduct user research, create user personas, and develop user journey maps to inform product and game design decisions.Design Execution: Design wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and detailed user interfaces across web and mobile platforms, integrating game design elements where applicable.Iteration and Feedback: Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders, user testing sessions, and data-driven insights to refine and enhance the user experience.Design Systems: Ensure the design system is consistently applied across all products and contribute to its continuous improvement, maintaining a cohesive visual language.Innovation and Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices, and bring innovative ideas and game-inspired design solutions to the table.Stakeholder Communication: Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, clearly articulating design decisions and the rationale behind them.Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).Experience: 3-5 years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related role, with a proven track record of delivering successful, user-centric designs for web and mobile platforms.Mobile Game Design Experience: Experience in designing mobile game interfaces, user journeys, and player incentives to enhance engagement and retention.Proficiency: Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite.Research Skills: Experience with user research methodologies and testing practices to drive design improvements.Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions clearly to various stakeholders.Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing a range of product design projects, including UX/UI design, user-centered design processes, and game design elements.Skills and Competencies:
User-Centered Design: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.Agile Environment: Experience working in an Agile or Lean development environment.Collaboration: Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail and passion for creating outstanding user experiences.Problem-Solving: Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.What We Offer:
