Overall Purpose
: Support for field technicians using wireless connections with Windows laptops, Apple iPhones & iPads, and peripherals including printers and docking stations.
Remote support of Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, iOS.Support for PC hardware, Apple iPads and iPhones and other emerging technologies as identified.Resolution of blue screen errors and security issues.Support for/with MobileIron or comparable Enterprise Mobile Device Management tools.Support of wireless connectivity including dropped calls, modems and VPN.Support for Exchange Active Sync (EAS).Printer support.RSA token support.
Pay Range: $20 - $22/HR W2The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
