Business Development Intern - Summer 2025

Business Development Interns at Lunar Outpost will work side by side with the business development team and play an important role in defining the strategic direction of the company. Interns will perform competitive analysis, foster customer relationships, and support capture activities for both commercial and government clients. This internship offers a rare, immersive experience, providing hands-on involvement in a fast-paced, cutting-edge industry, where interns are actively engaged in shaping the future of the new space economy.
Qualifications:
Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM or Business field4+ years of experience in an aerospace, technology, and/or DOD fieldProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work methodically in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentCan effectively demonstrate communication and interpersonal skills, while also excelling in collaboration and teamwork in an interdisciplinary environmentExhibits strong organizational and time management skills under pressure and in stressful situationsFueled by a passion for space exploration and the boundless possibilities beyond our worldPreferred Qualifications:
Completion of or actively pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degreePrevious experience in a leadership roleDeep knowledge of aerospace, technology, and/or mining industries
Mid-May (May 19) to early August (August 8). Start and end dates are flexible with intern's school schedule. In-person, Monday - Friday in Arvada, Colorado.
