A growing home care agency is looking for a Head of Business Development to lead their team, combining leadership and business development expertise.

Responsibilities Include :Lead the business development efforts of the home care agency, driving growth and expansion.Utilize leadership skills to manage a team of 20 people, providing guidance and support.Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the agency's client base and market presence.Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry to foster partnerships and collaborations.Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to identify new opportunities for growth.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of business development efforts with organizational goals.Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities and outcomes to senior management.Ideal Qualifications :

Leadership experience in business development or related roles.Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion.Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.Experience in the home care or healthcare industry (preferred).Ability to manage and motivate a team of 20 people.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Relationship-building abilities and ability to negotiate effectively.Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and objectives.

Salary : $150k - $200k /Year
