Steel Point Solutions is seeking to hire a talented and experienced Graphics Developer to join our dynamic team remotely. As a Graphics Developer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly graphics, animations, and interactive designs. You will collaborate closely with our customer teams to implement innovative solutions that provide effective visuals to convey critical communications via the Web sites, PowerPoint Presentations, Newsletters, Documents, and to enhance user experience and achieve project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and design high-quality graphics and visual elements for web applications, mobile apps, and digital platforms.Collaborate with designers and developers to create interactive prototypes and user interfaces based on project requirements.Utilize industry-standard tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma) to produce graphics, animations, and multimedia content.Optimize graphics for various screen sizes, resolutions, and devices to ensure consistent performance and user experience.Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and design practices related to graphics development and user interface design.Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve graphic designs and user interfaces.Maintain and update existing graphics and design assets as needed.Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Computer Science, or a related field.5+ years of experience as a Graphics Developer, Graphic Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role.Strong proficiency in graphic design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.Experience with development tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects), Sketch, Figma, etc.Preferred Qualifications:
Prior government experience preferred.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong attention to detail, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.Experience with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) is a plus.
