Position Summary
This position is responsible for providing technical support in our Service Operations Center.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer incoming service callsManage service ticketsProvide troubleshooting support related to software, desktops, services, network devices, and security and CCTV camera systemsPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to fully resolve issuesBasic network knowledge including configuration and troubleshooting of routers/switches/wireless/firewalls/LAN/WANHelpdesk experience supporting customers or employees in an IT roleExperience working with vendors and help lines resolving issuesOne or more industry recognized certifications or equivalent formal training/educationRemote troubleshooting, monitoring, and diagnostic toolsStrong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectivelyPreferred Qualifications:
Hands on Experience with physical security systems, PACS, VMS, Access Control, Cameras, and Security softwareExperience configuring and maintaining ServersHave used a major ticketing system to manage support incidentsVirtualization and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/VMWARE)Basic programming or script experience (SQL, HTML, Python, Java)Physical Requirements:
Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of timeMust be able to stand, walk, and bendAdditional Requirements:
Must possess and maintain a satisfactory background record
