We are looking for a highly analytical, and detailed oriented Yield Ops, who will report directly to the US Yield Team Lead. The role will entail logical, data driven analysis on day to day metrics, along with helping troubleshooting campaign performance and delivery, and collaboration across a mix of internal teams. Great attention to detail will be required as the candidate provides support for the Yield team and carries out process tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

[Owning the Global Operational Tasks for the Yield Team]

Analyze and field Yield operations tickets in Jira to provide support when new devices are launching with our partners which includes generating new SIDs (unique IDs), programming carrier required apps and relevant advertiser campaigns. You will be responsible for ensuring the data configuration and reporting is all aligned to capture data.

Process App Approval Request forms in Salesforce and keep the Yield Managers informed of changes, issues, and escalations. Yield Ops is responsible for owning this process.

Maintain upkeep of internal Yield Wiki pages in partnership with Yield Managers, ensuring all required information and processes are kept up to date

Proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, troubleshoot, resolve and find solutions to issues related to operational setup, campaign performance, tracking, reporting, and other Platform functionalities.

Understanding the "big picture" target KPIs by Carrier and assisting in monitoring daily reports

Assist the Yield Managers in programming new campaigns & monitoring internal Slack channels for revisions and adjustments

Be the first eyes on newly launched campaigns and verify data is pulling through correctly, flagging any areas of concern.

Working with the Notification OPs Lead to QA Notification approval requests & configurations prior to deployment

[Supporting the Global Yield Team with Performance Monitoring]

Collaborate closely with the sales, account managers, and operations team to provide data-driven insights that guide strategic revenue & carrier partner growth

Monitor day to day KPI metrics, and understanding the trends and providing feedback to the Yield Managers

Support the Yield team to ensure revenue performance is maintained across the carriers

Performing regular audits of configuration accuracy, OS updates, and maintenance of device configurations

Assist Yield managers in their week-over-week KPI health checks and share out updates to the larger teams where needed

Require Skills:

2+ years of experience, in a similar or operationally focused role

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to multi-task & manage various priorities simultaneously.

Highly self-motivated, with a positive attitude, and proactive approach

Problem-solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot & identify technical issues under time-sensitive situations

Strong analytical skills and business orientation and able to translate complex data into actionable insights

Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate efficiently within a cross functional team

Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written

Desire to work in a fast paced environment

Proficiency in Google Suite products, Salesforce, and MS Excel

Experience with Tableau and SQL experience is helpful but not required
