Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the development and execution of management processes, training and education on standard requirements and methods, creating models to improve business decisions, personnel functions, labor and/or cost reporting, document editing, process quality control, pricing, tracking and management of documentation and/or automated processes.Classification Standard Duties:As appropriate may develop or assist in the development and maintenance of business reporting and management tools/processes. May supervise regular or temporary staff. Responsible for supervising business process transactions to ensure timely and accurate processing. May oversee and/or assist, as appropriate, in areas such as business finance, planning, scheduling, contractual compliance, cost management, and proposal support.Required Education, Experience, Certification/License, EquivalencyRequired Education:High School diploma or GED certificate.; Required Experience:Four (4) years of experience related to the standard duties as outlined.; Equivalency:Completion of a post-secondary degree or certificate may substitute for years of experience.; Required Certification/License:Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesKNOWLEDGE:Knowledge of general business principles and/or procedures. Knowledge of marketing strategies, processes, and available resources.; SKILLS:Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community. Skill in the use of computers, preferably in a PC, Windows-based operating environment. Employee development and performance management skills.; ABILITIES:Ability to develop and maintain recordkeeping systems and procedures. Effort applies to no more than two (2) hours per day.Lifting Requirements: Requires handling of average-weight objects up to 25 pounds or standing and/or walking for more than four (4) hours per day.Risk: Work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions.
