Syndeo has a direct-hire opportunity for an experienced Graphic Designer for a family-owned fertilizer company located in El Dorado, KS.
The Graphic Designer with Web Development Skills is responsible for producing high-quality visual content and developing and maintaining web pages that enhance the company’s online presence. This role requires proficiency in both graphic design and front-end web development, ensuring that all visual elements are optimized for user experience, functionality, and consistency with brand standards.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Graphic Design
Design visually compelling graphics for digital and print formats, including social media content, brochures, email campaigns, web graphics, and presentations.
Maintain consistency in branding across all design elements, adhering to established brand guidelines.
Develop creative assets for marketing campaigns and promotions, working closely with the marketing team to meet campaign goals and timelines.
Revise and update existing materials based on feedback from stakeholders.
Web Development
Design, develop, and maintain responsive and visually appealing web pages, ensuring seamless functionality across devices.
Implement updates and revisions to web content as needed, focusing on both user experience (UX) and search engine optimization (SEO) best practices.
Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end design with technical functionality.
Test and troubleshoot issues related to web performance, browser compatibility, and mobile optimization.
Collaboration & Communication
Work in conjunction with the marketing, content, and development teams to conceptualize, design, and execute creative projects.
Attend project meetings to gather feedback and provide design insights, ensuring project alignment with business objectives.
Stay current with emerging design and development trends to continuously improve the quality of design work and the user experience on the web.
Performs other related duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design and web development.
Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Solid understanding of front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and website management. Understanding of SEO principles and web optimization.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Schedule - In office - Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
