We have over 65,000 employees and a presence in virtually every country around the world to address some of the most challenging global health issues.Quality technician 1 is responsible for the inspection and testing of manufacturing processes and products to ensure the product quality. The process quality technician will work with a variety of inspection and test equipment and methods, processes, and products, ensuring proper procedures are being followed and documented in order to maintain product quality and records traceability. The process quality technician will also assist to ensure nonconforming product is appropriately identified and removed from the production flow until such product can be dispositioned.Key Duties & Responsibilities:Monitor production processing via random QA auditsConduct necessary quality inspections using proper equipment and techniquesConduct statistical analysis on select processes and report findingsAssist with problem solving - root cause analysis - corrective actionsMaintain accurate documentation of quality inspection resultsEnsure incoming materials are in compliance to required specificationsEnsure outgoing products are in compliance with required specificationsEnsure production personnel are following proper procedure for ongoing production checksAssist with training and instruction for production operators in QA measuring proceduresDevelopment and maintenance of quality procedures and work instructionsAudit and maintenance of compliance to required quality management system standardsProvide management with detailed quality reports as required - daily, weekly, monthly, etc.Other duties as required by quality managementSkills and Qualifications:Ability to work with little supervisionExperience enforcing SOP and product specificationsKnowledge in ExcelStrong mathematics skillsEducation and Experience:HS Degree, Preferred1+ year of Quality Assurance experience, PreferredFor certain roles at Client, employment is contingent upon the Company's receipt of sufficient proof that you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
