Job Summary:The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will be a first-line manager responsible for meeting or exceeding the sales goals for their region. The RSM will manage a team of sales professionals and oversee the staffing of the area with quality individuals through an aggressive program of recruiting, selection, training, and development. The RSM will ensure that the company's sales policies and procedures are followed and implemented. The RSM will deliver sales results per the assigned quarterly goal and manage regional staff, metrics, issues, and customers.Reporting to:

New Jersey region (Ability to travel up to 50%+)Salary Range:

$140,000 to $160,000 plus uncapped commissions. The final salary offered will depend upon factors that may include but are not limited to the quality and length of experience, education, and geographic location.Responsibilities/Essential Duties:Attain or exceed sales plan through motivation and activation of field sales representativesAttract and retain top sales representativeProactively develop and cultivate a positive working cultureMonitor field activity to ensure balanced workloads; exercise control over resources, budgets, and expenses; oversee business operations including accounts receivable, etc.Execute key sales and marketing strategiesBuild and nurture relationships with KOLsProvide and filter key market insights back to sales and marketing managementMaintain reporting, records, and files necessary for proper management of the sales regionPositively represent Revance throughout customer locationsActively participate in scheduled company sales meetings, conference calls, and other necessary business meetingsDemonstrate honesty and integrity while modeling behaviors consistent with company standards and policies for business and compliance

Basic Qualifications:Doctorate degree & 2 years of sales management experience

ORMaster's degree & 4 years of sales management experience

ORBachelor's degree & 7 years of sales management experience

AND2 years of managerial experience directly managing people, projects, programs or resources

Preferred Qualifications:5+ years of sales management experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology or plastic surgeryDemonstrate a track record of delivering performanceHistory of meeting and exceeding sales objectivesPrior roles in sales management, with experience managing sales representativesExperience in cash pay or elective medicineExperience working in different domains such as marketing, training, finance/budget; data analytics; etc.Demonstrated leadership experience in leading and managing sales teams (e.g., coaching; role modeling; fostering teamwork/collaboration)Possess advanced business acumen; uses industry and competitor experience to create a vision and drive resultsAbility to work in a launch or fast-paced, highly visible, and dynamic environment; ability to adapt quicklyAbility to lead through ambiguity and change; demonstrate perseverance and resiliencyDemonstrated track record of persuading and influencing othersAbility to connect with, build, and maintain customer relationships
